The After School Program and Social/Holiday Programs are offered during the week and during the school holidays. These programs provide the opportunity for participants to get involved in a number of social, recreational and educational activities.
After School Program
Our After School program is a community-based program which provides the opportunity for participants to get involved in a number of social, recreational and educational activities.
The After School Program includes pick up from Hamilton Parklands School. Programs operate on during school terms, between 3:00pm-6:00pm.
Children’s Social Programs
Our children’s programs include a range of social and recreational activities both in the community and/or facility based. The programs are season appropriate and include a variety of physical activities, cooking, music, arts and craft activities and may include attending local attractions and events.
Holiday Programs
Group based social and recreational activities are offered during the school holidays. Activities may include the movies, going the beach, ten pin bowling. Some activities maybe outside the local area.
Bookings are essential.
If you have funding in your NDIS plan for Assistance with Daily Life; Assistance with Social & Community Participation: Improved Daily Living or Increased Social and Community Participation you may be able to use that funding to purchase this support service.
